I must begin by giving my best to those who have worked so hard to build KKI. Mrs. Wiles, Mrs. Clark, Mrs. Waggoner, and Mrs. Solomon have done so much to for this cause. The purpose of KKI is to help with some of the out of pocket cost in attending tournaments. Quite a few of the kids have benefitted from that. As a matter of fact, I won’t try to give all of the names now but most of them have placed in the top ten in Region 2. They have gone to the tournaments and demonstrated their hard work by winning 1st place or placing in the division. They have done so well that the school has earned third place in the school points for the 2012 year. This has not happened for many years and I am thankful.
